Adrian

Adrian Charles England

Adrian has been in practice since 1982 when he started his professional life in The Temple, London. He subsequently worked in the Central London and Kent, moving to Guildford in 1991 where he has been in practice ever since.

The current partnership was formed in 1999 when John Palmer and Adrian Charles England met and resolved to form a new firm, both in the City and Guildford.

Adrian's areas of expertise include: commercial and civil litigation, property litigation, employment and business law, divorce and family related matters. Adrian also has a special interest in motoring offences including in particular excess alcohol.

During the course of the past 20 years or so, Adrian has represented a number of PLC companies in substantial commercial litigation matters and undertakes the majority of his client's advocacy in court.

Adrian lives in Ripley, a village just outside of Guildford in which he is actively involved both socially and professionally.

Below are some of the comments Adrian has received from past and current clients:

“Just wanted to thank you on a personal level for not giving up on me when my financial situation collapsed. I appreciate your help and understanding. Pity we met under such circumstances, with me at the lowest point in my life. Good news is my recovery has taken hold and I will be starting a new business as a career move. Thank you”

“I am very grateful for your staunch support throughout the whole difficult process, which must at times have been quite exasperating. I am more than happy that I had recourse to you after a 25 year interval and hope that that it will not be quite so long before we confer again.”

"I would like to express my gratitude at the way you took on my case at very short notice, and guided us in a sympathetic way, to a final conclusion."
